Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the day of departure. Check-in and check-out for all accommodations are handled via key envelopes available in a mailbox at the entrance of Wärdshuset. More information will be sent closer to your stay – keep an eye on your email.
Adjacent to Wärdshuset is an electric car charger that has two sockets. Follow the instructions on the charger to get started.
At our cottages and apartments there is parking belonging to each property. For day guests there is parking at Wärdshuset or below our Ski Shop.
To make your holiday as comfortable as possible and to avoid packing too much, we offer you to rent linen packs. The linen package includes bath towels, towel, pillowcase, duvet cover and bed sheet for 1 person. Price: 295 SEK/set. Pre-order linen packages by email: info@bydalen.com
Departure cleaning is included during the winter season. You just need to do the dishes, set the crockery in the cupboards, empty the fridge/freezer, and carry out empty glasses and garbage. The duvet is folded and laid at the foot end of the bed. The rented linen set is placed at the front door. During the bar area, departure cleaning must be done according to the cleaning instructions you receive at check-in, unless this has been booked separately.
Any complaints should be made as soon as possible, but no later than 11.00 on the day following arrival. Errors that occur during the stay must be notified immediately to the reception so that we have the opportunity to correct them. Residents are responsible for any damage that occurs to the property and its fixtures during the stay. It is then also very important to notify the reception about this.
There is a smoking ban in all cottages and apartments and in case of violation a cleaning fee is charged from SEK 5,000. Lost key will be charged from SEK 4,000 upon departure. Pets are welcome in some units.
Internet is available in some of our accommodations (which ones have it in the description about the accommodation), information & password are available in the property. In the public areas of Bydalen Wärdshus it is also possible to surf freely.
When the reception is closed and you have a serious problem with your accommodation (for example, problems with electricity, heating or the like) there is an emergency preparation.Please respect that the service is handled by staff who are in the home and must not be contacted for general enquiries but only in case of emergency situations. If you call the hotline for non-urgent matters, you will be charged SEK 1500 per occasion.
