Welcome to our relaxation area! Here you’ll find a jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and a spacious lounge where you can sit back and enjoy a magical view of Drommen and Dalsjön.

Let your body and mind unwind and recharge after a day in the mountains. The relaxation area is located one floor below Bydalens Wärdshus, and since we’re fully licensed, you’re welcome to bring a drink to enjoy while you relax.

Relax – shared access, 2 hours

Several groups can book in, up to 15 people (book no later than 16.00 the day before) from 225 SEK/person (incl. towel).

Generally we offer Relax open 15.00-17.00 Wednesdays and Fridays (subject to change).

Relax – private access, 2 hours

Exclusive booking for one group, up to 20 people.
2,250 SEK for up to 10 people, then 195 SEK per additional person (includes towel and bathrobe).

Rent towels and swimwear

You can also rent towels, bathrobes, and swimwear:

The Gym

When you book time in our relaxation area, you also get access to our gym – perfect for those who want to combine relaxation with movement. Here, you can work out in peace and quiet, without crowds or stress. The gym is designed to offer a complete training experience, whether you want to do an intense cardio session, build strength, or focus on mobility and balance.

To maintain a calm and personal atmosphere, we allow a maximum of three people at a time. This gives you plenty of space and the freedom to fully focus on your workout.

Access to the gym is included when booking the relaxation area, or it can be booked separately for 120 SEK per person. It’s the perfect way to combine exercise with relaxation – a complete experience for both body and mind.

Yoga in Bydalen with Happy Mood

Welcome to a restful & wellness Yinyoga session at Bydalens Wärdshus.
We perform the yoga on cuddly wool mats in the relaxation area with a magnificent mountain view in the background. Here you can breathe, gather energy and catch up with yourself for a while.
After the session, a lovely beverage is served as a kick start to the day or a cup of tea to warm you up.
During these days there will be 2 times for each event and a maximum of 8 participants per pass with reservation for changes.

Booking at least 24h before the pass & cancellation that does not take place 24h before will be charged full fee.
In your registration you provide your name and phone number and I will confirm via email.

A class of its own
In addition to these times, it is also possible to book private passes for you and your company if desired.
This arrangement brings greater flexibility where time & place can be adapted to your needs.Why not have a yoga session at home in the cabin?
