Booking Conditions

Bydalens Wärdshus AB's booking conditions for individuals.

These general terms and conditions apply between Bydalens Wärdshus AB (Bydalens Wärdshus), and the person who
itself or through another enters into an agreement with Bydalens Wärdshus as specified in
Confirmation (guest). The agreement applies only to residents.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?

‍THE AGREEMENT, ETC.
As the organizer, Bydalens Wärdshus is responsible to the guest for what they have to ask for
as a result of the agreement. Liability shall also apply to such performance as shall be performed by any
other than Bydalens Wärdshus. Information in printed marketing materials and on the website is
binding for Bydalens Wärdshus, but may be amended before agreement is reached if there is a clear reservation
made there if and the guest is clearly informed of the change. Bydalens Wärdshus reserves
for any printing or proofreading errors.

As an organizer, Bydalens Wärdshus is obliged to ensure:
— that the guest receives a written confirmation of their reservation and other necessary documents
— that information is provided on how payment is to be made, where the key can be retrieved and that the guest in

Bydalens Wärdshus is not responsible for promises that third parties may have made directly to the guest but

‍WHEN DOES THE GUEST'S RESERVATION BECOME BINDING?
It is the guest's responsibility to check the confirmation and to ensure that the arrival and departure dates
are real. The reservation is valid for both Bydalens Wärdshus and for the guest as soon as Bydalens
Wärdshus confirmed the booking (a reservation number is assigned) and the guest within the agreed time
paid agreed registration fee (or full rent).

‍WHEN WILL THE GUEST PAY?
The guest's payment for the accommodation must be received by Bydalens Wärdshus no later than the date that
indicated in the acknowledgement. Bydalens Wärdshus has the right to charge a first instalment in connection
with the confirmation (registration fee).

— For accommodation booked 42 days or more before arrival, an entry fee of 25% of
the accommodation price must be received by Bydalens Wärdshus within 10 days from the time of booking.
The remaining amount of the agreed price must be received by Bydalens Wärdshus no later than 42 days before
arrival.

— For accommodation booked 41-0 days before arrival, full payment according to the agreed price must be
Bydalens Wärdshus received the booking date

‍FEES ON PAYMENT
When paying from abroad, the guest must pay bank overheads in their home country and in Sweden.
Bydalens Wärdshus shall receive the agreed price in the currency indicated on the confirmation.
Unpaid fees will be charged to the guest at the latest upon arrival.

‍WHAT IF THE GUEST DOES NOT PAY ON TIME?
The booking is cancelled unless the registration fee or the final liquidation is Bydalens Wärdshus
reach no later than the due date stated on the confirmation. If the guest does not pay on time
this is considered a cancellation, in which case the cancellation rules apply.

‍WHAT IF THE GUEST WANTS TO CANCEL?
The guest can only cancel in writing to Bydalens Wärdshus. Bydalens Wärdshus
only accepts cancellations made by the guest. Bydalens Wärdshus is obliged to:
confirm the guest's cancellation in writing. In case of cancellation, Bydalens Wärdshus is entitled to take
charge a shipping fee of 195 SEK.

— For accommodation cancelled 42 days or more before arrival, Bydalens retains Wärdshus
the registration fee.

— For accommodation cancelled 41-0 days before arrival, Bydalens Wärdshus retains 100% of the
the cost of accommodation.

— Other additional services such as snowmobile safaris and table reservations are
cancellable at no charge to the guest.

‍WHAT ARE THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST?
In order to book/conclude an agreement with Bydalens Wärdshus regarding accommodation, the guest must be 18 years old.
All guests must be 18 years of age or older to stay at the property. The age limit does NOT apply to children in
companionship of the guardian. Compliance with the age limit is a requirement for admission to the property.
Identification takes place upon arrival. If, upon entering the property, the guest does not comply
the age limit applies to cancellation policy. For organized groups and travel companions with
leaders may derogate from the above rules by agreement with Bydalens
Wärdhus.

The guest must follow the rules of order, instructions and regulations applicable to the property.
Between 23:00 and 07:00 the guest shall observe the utmost care and silence towards others.
guests. The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused to the property and its
inventory if the guest, or anyone who is preparing to enter the accommodation, has been negligent.
Violations of smoking and pet prohibition regulations incur a clean-up cost from
5,000 SEC. The guest may not use the property for anything other than what was agreed upon at
the reservation (usually for leisure purposes). Also, do not allow more people to stay overnight in it than agreed.

During the winter season, final cleaning is a mandatory addition and is included in the booking confirmation.
A final cleaning does not include rough cleaning inside and out, washing dishes or emptying garbage/empty bottles.
All keys to the property must be provided upon departure, otherwise a fee of 4,000 will be charged
SEK for lock change.

Bydalens Wärdshus has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect if the guest or
someone in their company behaves in a disruptive or abusive manner towards staff or other guests;
use drugs and/or commit acts of harm in the accommodation or its area or if the accommodation
used for no intended purpose. In the event of termination of the contract, the guest and his company must
immediately move from the accommodation without refund of the rental amount. In the event of a possible
immediate termination of the contract due to the above reasons charges Bydalens
Wärdshus guest a cost fee equal to the damage, but not less than 5 000 SEK. Bydalens
Wärdshus reserves the right to, in the event of immediate termination of the contract,
close the property and remove the guest's belongings. Bydalens Wärdshus is not responsible for
forgotten things.

‍WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE?
The guest should contact Bydalens Wärdshus with any complaints. About the guest and
Bydalens Wärdshus does not agree in a negotiation, they can turn to Allmänna
Complaints Board or General Court.

‍WARS, NATURAL DISASTERS, STRIKES, ETC.
Both parties have the right to withdraw from the contract if the arrangement cannot be provided on grounds
of acts of war, natural disasters, industrial disputes, prolonged interruptions in water or
energy input, fire, or other similar major events, to which neither party

‍OTHER
Current check-in and check-out information is indicated on the confirmation. The accommodation price does not include,
bed linen, towels, internet, crib/highchair, toilet paper, cleaning products etc, if not
otherwise stated on the acknowledgement. Bydalens Wärdshus smoke-free and pet-free properties are not
allergy sanitized.

‍PERSONAL DATA
When you book accommodation online or by phone, the personal data you receive
leaves, to be processed by Bydalens Wärdshus AB and, where applicable, by other companies
within the Group. We will also process the necessary personal data that you provide
about people in your travel group. If you provide personal data when ordering the accommodation
about other persons, you must be sure that those persons consent to it and that you have
permission to provide the data. If appropriate, you should also ensure that they understand how
Your personal data may be used by us.

Bydalens Wärdshus AB is the data controller for the processing of the personal data we
Collecting from you. We may also process your personal data to provide
Offers and other marketing to you.
You may unsubscribe from receiving such marketing at any time by sending a
