Wärdshuset

Bydalen is part of Bydalsfjällen and is located just over an hour from Östersund. Bydalens Wärdshus sits at the foot of Drommen, right next to Lake Dalsjön. Here, the mountains are right on your doorstep, with plenty to discover in the surrounding nature. The area offers numerous hiking trails for exploring the mountains on foot, as well as Dalsjön and other beautiful fishing waters, along with many great spots for picking mushrooms and berries.

During the winter season, the area is bustling with skiing, while the summer months in Bydalen are quieter - offering plenty of space to unwind and enjoy being close to nature.

Welcome to our relaxation area. Here you’ll find a jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and a spacious lounge corner where you can sit back and enjoy stunning views of Drommen and Lake Dalsjön.

Let your body and mind unwind and recover after a day in the mountains. The relaxation area is located one floor down at Bydalens Wärdshus, and thanks to our full license, you’re welcome to purchase drinks to enjoy there.
