Menues
Our chefs cook carefully prepared modern Swedish dishes, suitable for every taste. We use products combined in accordance with longstanding experience and a continuous chase for new interesting and tasty combinations. Together with the high level of waiting service, we dare guarantee you a high-class culinary experience.
Buffet lunches and dinners
The buffet lunch is served every day between 11.00 and 14.00. The buffet dinner is served between 16.30 and 18.00. The daily menu includes:
• Lunch of the day
• Goulash soup
• Spaghetti Bolognese
• Dinner of the day
• Large salad buffet including some 15 salads, fresh bread, soft drinks and coffee
À la carte and theme nights
The restaurant also tempts with theme buffets and à la carte dining (reservations required). Sit down to a candlelight dinner and enjoy the culinary experience of food and drink in perfect harmony. Look out for our menus which will be published here before the start of the skiing season.
Our theme dinners include soapstone beef or planked steaks with a wide selection of delicious accompaniments. In line with our traditions, Soapstone night is always on Thursdays! During weeks 6-16 the Thursday nights are called ’Täljstensblues’, a mixture of soapstone dinners, tasty sauces to the accompaniment of rock and blues in a tasteful rhythm performed by a group of highly talented musicians.
